Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Odyssey Coaching Systems web application (“OCS”, “the App”, “we”, “us”), operated by Johan Vesters. By creating an account or otherwise using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Who can use the App

OCS is provided to coaching clients invited by their coach. You must be at least 18 years old to use the App. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your account credentials secure.

2. What the App is for

OCS lets your coach share meal plans, supplement protocols, workout programs, weekly check-ins, and educational content with you. It is a productivity and communication tool. It is not a medical device, and it does not provide medical care.

3. Coaching content is not medical advice

Meal plans, supplement suggestions, food lists, training programs, and any other content shared in the App are coaching recommendations, not medical advice. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Always consult your physician before making dietary, supplement, or lifestyle changes, especially if you have a medical condition, are pregnant, or are taking medication.

4. Your contract with your coach

Coaching services, fees, refund terms, and program scope are governed by the separate coaching contract you signed with your coach. These Terms govern your use of the App itself. Payments are handled outside the App.

5. Acceptable use

• Do not share your account credentials with anyone else.
• Do not upload content you do not own or have permission to share.
• Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or disrupt the App.
• Do not use the App to harass, threaten, or impersonate anyone.

6. Account termination

You may stop using the App at any time. Your coach may revoke your access if your coaching contract ends or if you violate these Terms. On termination we may retain your records as required by law or for legitimate operational reasons; otherwise we will delete personal data within a reasonable period, as described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Disclaimers and liability

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, OCS is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or revenue arising from your use of the App.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the new effective date at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated through the App or by email.
